The Academic Resource Center helps you achieve your academic goals so you can pursue your professional ambitions. Sometimes, a class or assignment can stand in the way – but, it doesn’t have to. The ARC offers Southeast Tech students the academic assistance they need to excel with free one-on-one and online tutoring provided by faculty, professional and peer tutors.

The I.T. Support Center at Southeast Technical College provides on-site technical support and software support to all students. Hardware support is available to students with Southeast Tech laptops only. To get help from the I.T. The library at Southeast Technical College provides students and staff access to electronic and print resources for research, coursework and recreational reading. Located inside the Student Success Center in Southeast Tech’s George S. Mickelson Center, students can find several configurations of comfortable seating for individual or group study
, as well as a helpful and knowledgeable staff ready to assist. Library resources may be accessed off campus through myTech with approved login credentials.


Southeast Technical College is committed to creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community. In addition to offering financial aid solutions to help veterans achieve their educational goals and launch careers in the private sector, we’re proud to say our campus is home to a Veterans Resource Office, a space designed especially for our service members and their families.


Your first year at Southeast Technical College is filled with many opportunities and choices. The Student Success Center can guide you in making your time at Southeast Tech a success. We have an array of resources to guide you – from a library with study space to a team of advisors to help coach, mentor and inspire you.


Southeast Technical College provides on-campus security for students, employees and visitors. Two Minnehaha County deputies work at Southeast Tech.
