Description

This course provides the lecture portion for basic welding and welding inspection including: safety, welding terminology, welding setup, use of test equipment, weld types, joint design, defects and discontinuities. This foundation course will teach the student how to determine weld quality and proper weld design. Corequisite: WLD 101L
