English faculty instructor for 12 years. My primary interest is teaching freshman and advanced level composition. But I also love teaching children's literature and young adult literature. 

Besides teaching, I write essays, am editing my first YA sci-fi novel, and am active in the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
