Covers such topics as the history of nursing as a profession, legal and ethical issues in the workplace, communication in the workplace and resum? and interviewing tips for success in getting a desired job. Discusses various health care settings, as well as the leadership and management roles of the Licensed Practical Nurse within those settings. Prerequisite: first semester coursework
