Description

This course is designed to expose students to the cultural practices of commercial fruit and vegetable production. Emphasis will be placed on cultural practices of fruit, small fruit and vegetables, design of orchards and vegetable gardens, and identification of fruit, small fruit, and vegetables. Prerequisite: HT 228
