Description

Introduces the foundations of health insurance, medical billing, and healthcare reimbursement across major payer methodologies while exploring careers in revenue cycle management. Students learn the full claim cycle, including eligibility verification, HIPAA?compliant claims submission, electronic data interchange (EDI), and essential revenue?cycle terminology needed for entry?level roles in billing and reimbursement.
