Chad Altwine, brings over 25 years of a technical management experience to the Construction Management instructor position. Chad began his career with a degree in Industrial Management with a minor in Business and emphasis in Construction. He started out as Technical Services Manager in manufacturing and then spent more than 15 years at both state and private Higher Ed institutions overseeing campus operations, facilities, and construction projects. Most recently, he has been working as a college and career readiness instructor.

Description

Presents complete coverage of the principles, techniques, and applications to scheduling a construction project utilizing effective project management. Through a lab component students will learn to develop construction schedules and then manage them using Microsoft Project software. Prerequisite: CMT 140
