Description

This course focuses on how projects contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. It covers the concepts and skills that are used by managers to propose, plan, secure resources, budget, and lead project teams to successful completion of their projects. Project management software tools will be an integral part of the course. Prerequisite: CSC 105
