Professional Background

Pat McGee BS, MBA, is a Business Administration instructor with over 25 years of professional experience. She teaches in the traditional, hybrid and online Business programs. Pat has a B.S. degree from South Dakota State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls as well as a post-secondary credential from the South Dakota Board of Education. She teaches a variety of business classes including Supervisory Management, Business Communications, and Ethics. Pat has been an integral part of the development of the online Business Administration program at Southeast Tech. She provides consulting services to industry in the areas of communication and marketing.


Description

Providing excellent customer service remains one of the most important ways for any business to differentiate itself from competitors. In this course, students will improve their service skills through a multi-faceted approach: by learning how to handle difficult customers, by improving communication skills, by appreciating diversity and by building loyalty.
