Dana Wolff

Financial Services Instructor, has 30+ years of professional experience that includes banking, mortgage, investments, accounting, and post-secondary education. She earned her Master's in Human Resource Management at the University of South Dakota, Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at Black Hills State University. She has taught at the secondary and post-secondary level and holds a secondary credential as well as a post-secondary credential. As an educator, Dana has taught many financial services and business courses including: Accounting, Personal Finance, Principles of Investments, Trust Operations, Internships, and Human Resource Management. She continues her professional educational membership by serving on the Region 5 board of directors for the American Technical Education Association and a member of the National Business Education Association.

Description

Life & Health Insurance is a basic study of the many kinds of insurance available and the analysis of insurance coverage needs of an individual. While the principle of insurance is simple, its application is complex, involving many skills. The major areas we will cover are the types of term and permanent insurance policies, annuities, policy provisions and riders, and different types of health insurance plans.
