Dana Wolff

Financial Services Instructor, has 30+ years of professional experience that includes banking, mortgage, investments, accounting, and post-secondary education. She earned her Master's in Human Resource Management at the University of South Dakota, Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at Black Hills State University. She has taught at the secondary and post-secondary level and holds a secondary credential as well as a post-secondary credential. As an educator, Dana has taught many financial services and business courses including: Accounting, Personal Finance, Principles of Investments, Trust Operations, Internships, and Human Resource Management. She continues her professional educational membership by serving on the Region 5 board of directors for the American Technical Education Association and a member of the National Business Education Association.

Description

Presents the need for adequate and accurate payroll and personnel records, payroll calculations, payroll taxes, payroll tax reports, and the accounting for payroll and payroll taxes. Also included is a payroll project applying the knowledge acquired in the course. Prerequisite: ACCT 210, MATH 101 or MATH 114
