FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We want to hear from you. Students, employees, visitors and community members are encouraged to discuss their concerns and offer their feedback with appropriate Southeast Technical College administrators, faculty and staff. If you have a concern, we encourage you to use existing policies, personnel and departmental offices to express your concerns and, wherever possible, seek resolution in an informal manner. We are here to serve as a resource for individuals seeking assistance in resolving matters within the College community.

COMPLAINT PROCESS
- You are encouraged to first attempt to resolve complaints with the faculty or staff person.
- If unresolved, you should next speak to the supervisor of the faculty or staff member in an effort to resolve the matter. Click here to view the Departmental Directory.
- If you deem that the existing policies, personnel and departmental offices cannot address your specific concern/complaint, Southeast Technical College, in accordance with federal regulations, accepts and maintains records of formal written complaints.
