In these roles I was responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Employment Law, Organizational Behavior, Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Planning, Safety, and Employee Relations. It is a privilege to work with students and share my experiences in real-world scenarios to prepare our students for a career after graduation.
Educational Background: I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Minor in History from Augustana University and my Master's degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources from Cleveland State University.
