This comprehensive course delves into the pharmacological principles and practices essential for respiratory therapists managing cardiopulmonary disorders. Students will gain a detailed understanding of drug classifications, mechanisms of action, therapeutic indications, potential side effects, and patient care implications associated with commonly prescribed medications. This course will also cover medication administration, monitoring, and patient education to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.
