Description

Provides the student with the knowledge to integrate drawing software such: as AutoCAD and Inventor, Computer Numerical Control, (CNC) software and Rapid Prototyping, (RP), methods. Some topics to be covered are: CNC language and programming, conversion of drawing files into CNC and stereo lithography files. Other topics to be covered are the understanding of how CNC and RP fit into the world of manufacturing. Prerequisite: CAD 120, DT 101 , MCT 121, MCT 224
