I am a Health Core instructor teaching courses that students are required to take before entering into one of the healthcare fields offered here at Southeast tech. 


Work Experience:

Over thirty years of nursing experience ranging from Medical-Surgical, Neurology, Orthopedic, Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care, Executive Management, Cardiology.  


Education Background:

Diploma of Nursing, St. Luke's School of Nursing

R.N. to M.S.N with Education Specialty, Walden University

Description

An introduction to specific disease processes affecting the human body. Students will learn the causes, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Prerequisite: Medical Assistant: HC 118, HC 118L ; Medical Coding: HC 110
