Description

Online courses are delivered without face to face contact, while hybrid courses are delivered with both face to face contact and online delivery. Adapting a traditional course to either delivery mode will require training and preparation for structuring the course for the new style, learning processes and procedures for teaching online at Southeast Technical College, as well as becoming proficient with technology tools for the instructor toolbox. Outcomes for online or hybrid courses are the same as their traditional counterpart but instructional techniques may be different. Instructor Expectations, Relay Recording, LMS tool development, test proctoring and best practices will all be covered.
