This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of commercial construction. This course will review the safety requirements of a commercial construction site. Students will learn about vertical construction including red iron, precast construction, steel framing and other commercial applications. This course is paired with the Commercial Construction Techniques Lab for application. Prerequisite: CMT 101 Corequisite: CMT 121 L
