About Your Instructor:

Cindy Roller, Computer Information Systems Programming instructor, has 25+ years of professional experience that includes Programmer Analyst and Project Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (with both Management and Computer options) and her Associate of Science in Application Programming degree at Dakota State University. She has taught at the post secondary level and holds a post-secondary credential from the South Dakota Board of Education.

Description

Students will build on their knowledge of fundamental programming concepts in this course by developing a variety of business applications using the C# programming language. A higher-level of understanding of methods and event-handlers, arrays and collections, object-oriented programming concepts, and database programming is the desired outcome. Prerequisite: CIS 130
