Description

This course presents the fundamentals of American Sign Language (ASL) whereby students develop expressive and receptive language skills through learning basic vocabulary, grammatical structures, cultural awareness, and conversational behaviors. Students are introduced to the values, beliefs, and behavioral norms shared by members of Deaf cultural communities
