Kayla McMackin is an accomplished Ag Tech Executive and Entrepreneur currently serving as Senior Vice President of North America at Agrellus. With deep experience across grain merchandising, input procurement, sales, and executive leadership, she has led high-growth startups and built new revenue lines that bridge technology with real-world farm application. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s in Agricultural and Applied Economics and a Master’s of Agribusiness from Texas Tech University. Known for her strategic vision and farmer-first approach, she is a driving force in transforming the ag industry through innovation, sustainability, and digital enablement.

Description

This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of animal agriculture and companion animal management. Biological and scientific aspects of development, inheritance, and feeding will be introduced in addition to an overview of the animal industry and its products.
