Description

Introduces students to the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems of a building. This course not only will focus on the Mechanical and Electrical systems of a structure but will cover Plumbing, fire protection and illumination. Students will be required to use their previously learned math skills to solve energy problems, determine heat loss calculations and size plumbing systems. After completion of this course the student will be able to comfortably work in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering office as an Architectural Engineering Technician. Prerequisite: Architectural Engineering Program: ACT 212
